Tracking and multiple parcels
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created. Because items are held at different partner warehouses, a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel — each has its own tracking number.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong or missing address
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to correct an address. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we'll refund the item cost once it reaches the warehouse.
