How do I pick the right size?

Measure your pet's chest just behind the front legs, then their neck and back length, and match those numbers to the chart on our size guide. Chest is the deciding measurement — if your pet is between two sizes, go up.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our fulfilment partners within 1-2 business days. Standard US delivery is 5-8 business days, expedited is 2-4. International orders typically arrive in 8-16 business days.

Will my costume arrive before Halloween?

Order by October 18 for standard US shipping and October 24 for expedited to comfortably arrive before October 31. International orders should be placed by October 8.

My pet hates clothes. What should I try?

Start with a hat, bandana or collar accessory rather than a full costume, and keep the first few sessions to a couple of minutes with treats. If your pet freezes or tries to remove it, stop — the accessory look photographs just as well.

How do I wash the costumes?

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying, bleach and fabric softener, which stiffen the stretch panels and can irritate skin.

Can I return something that doesn't fit?

Yes. Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it if it hasn't shipped. After that we can help with a return once it arrives.

Are the costumes safe for cats?

Our cat pieces are cut for feline proportions with light fabrics and quick-release closures. Cats are more sensitive to restriction than dogs, so supervise every wear and keep sessions short.
